• for some services, SCRP’s contingent fee is paid as a percentage of your quantifiable historical REFUNDS and/or verifiable/provable future reductions secured as credits to invoices and/or as checks (ex. on refunds from common overcharges Electricity and/or Gas (for certain industries) and/or REFUNDS on historical overcharges/billing errors on Workers Compensation Premiums). In those cases: if there is NO REFUND and/or QUANTIFIABLE REDUCTION obtained, there’s NO FEE! In those cases our clients walk away with the PEACE OF MIND that no money is being left on the table and they’re not overpaying or- worse- getting taken advantage of by a vendor.
